About Hike the beautiful east side of Rhodes Private Tour
Overview
Meet your personal guide at your hotel to pick you up by a comfy air-conditioned vehicle early in the morning (at around 8am). This private / exclusive adventure begins just outside the village of Masari, following the path to Trifeniotisa Monastery. After you cross the river of Gaidouras, follow the uphill road to the chapel. The monastery is really rewarding and offers a great set up for a quick stop. Passing through the pine trees, you reach the spot, where the long coast line from Haraki to Kalathos is unfolding so generously in front of you. You have the choice to swim in the waters of Kalathos, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island and relax. For lunch you are transfered to "Seven Springs" ("Epta Piges), one of the most charming destinations on Rhodes, a real oasis, with seven sparkling springs and a few rivers, which never run out of water, even during the sizzling hot summer season. All of them form a man made lake that provides a natural habitat to tortoises, eels, crabs and a rare fish species called "gizani" that lives exclusively in the creeks of Rhodes. After enjoying your meal with local dishes ("mezedes") at this charming retreat in the most lavish of Mediterranean greens, you are dropped you off at the hotel at around 4pm.Main features
