Overview
Enjoy a peaceful morning paddling while watching the sun rise over the Mediterranean. We’ll get on the water just before sunrise, explore the coastline, test ourselves with some beginner SUP yoga, visit a sea cave, and then make our way back in time for breakfast.Main features
What to expect
The meeting point is at the SUP center in Stegna, a small coastal village on the leeward side of the island. Hidden between stunning cliffs and away from the hustle and bustle, it's the ideal starting point for this unique adventure. No previous experience necessary; SUP is an easy, safe and fun activity for everyone. After a short warm-up and introduction to SUP your guide will take you along the cliff lined coast where you will watch the sun come up from your board and then try some beginner SUP yoga followed with a swim in a sea caveand a cliff jump for those who desire.
All you need to bring is your swimwear, towel, sunscreen and a bottle of water – everything else is provided, including all necessary equipment and a light snack. Hotel pick-up and drop-off is available from several locations on the island.More details

- Hotel pick-up and drop-off is available from the following areas: Kremasti, Ialisos, Ixia, Rhodes Town, Kalithea, Koskinou, Faliraki, Afantou, Kolympia, Lindos, Pefkos, Lardos. We will contact you the day before to confirm the pickup time and location.
- A maximum of 12 people per booking
- Minimum age is 16 years
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
