Vikings Sailing Tours

Since 1971 we have been organising tours on the “Vikings” sailing boat. Its captain was Stergos, a sailing pioneer who travelled thousands of miles on the coasts of the Greek island of Rhodes and the Dodecanese in general. Bearing witness to this story are our friends who repeatedly visit the beautiful Greek island of Rhodes for amazing sailing adventures. Captain Savvas Savvakis, son of Captain Stergos, has created his own legacy since 1987 with daily and weekly tours in the south-eastern Aegean. In 2015, the construction of the Royal Viking began. This sailing boat was a dream come true for Captain Savvas and on 14 August 2018, its maiden voyage took place on the east coast of Rhodes. With the 30-year experience of Captain Savvas and our enthusiastic crew, we extend a warm welcome and an invitation for you to travel on this traditional wooden sailing boat for a pleasant sailing exploration under the sun and the sea breeze of the Greek summer.
