Archanggelos Michail Thari Monastery

A beautiful monastery hidden among the hills. So tranquil and serene. A great place to come and just be alone for a few hours in the beautiful church or in the garden areas. Visitors should remember this is a place of worship, first and foremost. Priests and workers are there for their own spiritual journey, and not to be tour guides. The place also survives on donations and what they sell in their gift shop.
