Mehmet Aga Mosque

This Mosque looks different from all other Mosques; it is situated at the center of the main shopping Socratous Street on the first floor above one of the buildings, accessible by side stairs; while the ceremonial washing corner is on the street level.

The Mosque was built early in the 19th Century; was damaged and destructed and the last repair was made in the early 21st Century. It has a beautiful wooden Minaret overlooking the Rhodes Medieval Town.
